The Free Speech Coalition (FSC) is a 501(c)6 non-profit trade association for the adult industry. Our mission is to protect the rights and freedoms of the adult industry so that we all prosper. We envision a world in which body sovereignty is recognized, sexual expression is destigmatized, and sex work is decriminalized.

The Performer Availability Screening Service (PASS) is a program administered by FSC in order to provide the adult industry with a safe, reliable, and standardized STI testing protocol and a centralized database for checking the clearance to work status of tested talent and crew members.

Once you sign up for PASS:

PERFORMERS can view information on recommended testing facilities located in the Los Angeles area, and nationwide. Personal medical information will be accessible to performers through the testing facilities they choose, while clearance to work (availability) information remains updated and secure on the PASS database.

PRODUCERS can verify performer’s or crew member’s clearance to work.

AGENTS also can verify the clerance to work status of their clients.

PASS-Certified providers will submit testing data promptly, within a guaranteed amount of time.

The PASS Advisory Committee will be comprised of appointed members, including five performers, two producers, a legal consultant, a medical consultant, and all PASS-Certified providers. The PASS Advisory Council works with the PASS Director to review and inform the policies and procedures for the PASS program. The Council works with talent agency organization LATATA, as well as members from the groups they represent, in order to provide insight and feedback on the concerns of PASS users and other industry stakeholders.
